Job Description

Hourly pay scale is based off piece rate after initial training period is complete with potential for additional income once fully qualified.

Momper Insulation, a division of Installed Building Products, is looking for an experienced gutter installer. Must be able to work in high areas from a ladder – 2 to 3 story buildings and homes. Must also be able to handle all outside weather conditions throughout the year. Must have a valid drivers license with clean record and pass a pre-employment drug screen. Prior experience installing gutters is required. Willing to hire the right candidate on the spot. We offer competitive piece rate pay and full benefit package.

Job Description

We currently have a Job Site Quality Control / Safety Supervisor position available. This is a full time permanent position. Pay is based on experience and ability.

Duties:

• Ensure compliance of OSHA and Company Safety policies and programs
• Interact with crews / field installers to ensure they are following company policies, guidelines and Grade 1 install requirements
• Handle repairs, red tags and warranty requests
• Provide coaching, feedback and ongoing technical and communication training to all subordinates to increase performance
• Participate in all company sponsored training classes
• Responsible for subordinates’ discipline, training and performance evaluations
• Work under and communicate directly with Branch Manager to address any issues and provide progress reports per each job order
• Responsible for warehouse safety, organization and enforcement
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Experience in construction industry
• Dependable individual with excellent organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Physical Demands:

• Bend, walk and stand for periods of time
• Ascend ladders or scaffolds if needed

Job Description

We currently have an experienced spray foam installer position available. This is a full time permanent position. Pay is based on experience and ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types: Overtime pay

Preferences for experienced installers:

• A minimum 3 years of experience spraying / installing closed and open cell polyurethane spray foam in a residential and commercial environment is mandatory in order to apply.
• Painting or coatings experience with airless sprayers is a plus but not required. Intumescent coatings experience a plus.
• Must have working knowledge to operate Graco spray foam rigs and ability to rebuild a spray gun and pump.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required. For hire license is a plus.
• Experience spraying foam on exterior flat walls and stud cavities.
• Experience with masonry and rough opening flashing systems and transition membranes preferred.
• Experience with slab edge fireproofing and coating systems is a plus.
